Background & Training:

Rebecca is currently completing her training in IICP College where she is undertaking the BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy. She has been gaining clinical experience supporting clients in the Swan Family Support Project in Dublin 24 and is now joining the team in Talk Therapy Dublin to expand her practice.

Rebecca is deeply passionate about fostering healing and growth through empathetic therapy, prioritizing your unique journey in every session. Her dedication lies in creating a warm and inclusive environment where individuals from diverse backgrounds feel heard and valued. She has completed training in areas such as working with trauma, eating disorders, LGBTQ+ issues, and more. Having worked closely with clients dealing with addiction, anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, eating disorders, and chronic illness, Rebecca’s focus is on creating a safe, empathetic setting, tailored to people coming from all walks of life.

Drawing from diverse therapeutic techniques such as Pluralistic Counselling, Somatic therapy, CBT, mindfulness, and Person-Cantered Therapy, Rebecca aims to create a collaborative space where your voice resonates profoundly. Each session is crafted uniquely for you, guided by your feedback and comfort, respecting your pace and aspirations.
