Rob Toher



Background & Training:

Rob Toher MIACP is a fully accredited and qualified Counsellor & Psychotherapist. He holds a BSc Hons Degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy with PCI college and is a an accredited member of IACP, working in accordance with their code of ethics and practice. Rob attends regular clinical supervision. Rob incorporates an integrative and humanistic approach to tailor to the needs of the client.

Clinical Experience:

Rob has been supporting the Swan family support center Fettercairn Tallaght since 2017 and has experience working with issues such as:

  • Trauma
  • Bereavement
  • Relationship issues
  • Anxiety
  • Depression

Rob believes in providing a warm, supportive and non-judgemental space. Counselling is a journey of self-discovery, where individuals can feel understood and explore their feelings and issues. Rob provides a safe space where the client can gain a deeper understanding of themselves and develop coping skills that will encourage positive change in their life. 

Rob has completed several CPD training courses which include:

  • Attachment. 
  • Self-Harm Awareness. 
  • Couples Counselling.
  • Psychodynamics of Addiction.
