Lizet Pena-Herrera MIACP is psychologist and psychotherapist providing counselling supports to children, adolescents, adults and couples. She is an accredited member of the IACP – M13934 and a Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland PSI-M11234.
Her core qualifications are listed below.
- B.A in Psychology from Major University of San Andres, La Paz Bolivia,
- M.A. in Clinical Child Psychology from Alborán Superior Institute of Psychology, Granada Spain
- M.A. in Counselling and Psychotherapy from ICHAS Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences.
Available for both short or long term work her approach is integrative, helping clients to change problematic behavior, deal with feelings, manage stress, anxiety and depression while increasing motivation, low self esteem and self-confidence,
Lizet provides therapy in Spanish and English to adults, couples or families. She believes therapy is a powerful source of personal development and as a therapist is motivated and enriched when facilitating clients in dealing with their personal issues as they strive to reach their full potential. She also has a working understanding of Portuguese.
