Counsellors and psychotherapists are considered part of Social Care, which is an essential service when Government and NPHET protocols and social distancing are followed. Face to face counselling sessions continue once it is safe to do so.

We have links with numerous other specialist services as well as low cost counselling options and provide a free information & advice service for anyone with questions.
We are located in Harold’s Cross Dublin 6W, very close to central Dublin and adjacent to Terenure, Rathmines, Kimmage, Rathgar, South Circular Road, Dublin 8 & Dublin 12.
In some cases multiple supports alongside or instead of counselling & psychotherapy may be appropriate. If this is the case we will be able to provide information and advocacy in order to assist you access or identify the help you need.
