
Bianca Paltinean MIACP is a fully accredited psychotherapist and holds a BSc of Science (Hons) Degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from PCI College, Dublin and a Professional Diploma in Traumatology and PTSD.
Bianca works from a Humanistic – Integrative perspective drawing from various theoretical models including: Person-centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Psychosomatic and Gestalt. This allows her to create a tailored approach to the unique needs of each client and build an understanding of the individual as a whole. Bianca believes that the therapeutic relationship developed in a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental space, is a vehicle for growth and healing.
Bianca has a keen interest in spirituality and holistic approaches to well-being as she acknowledges the connection between mind, body, and spirit.
She works with adults individually and provides counselling services in both English and Romanian. She is available for short-term solution focused work as well as long-term work.
