Professional Talk Therapy & Creative Art Therapy – In-Person, Online & Home Visits

I offer compassionate, client-centred Talk Therapy and Creative Art Therapy, providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for healing, self-expression, and personal growth. Sessions are available in person and online, with Saturday appointments offered to support busy schedules. I work with individuals across the lifespan and tailor therapy to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals.

My practice supports young people, adults, and older adults, including home visits for retired and elderly clients, subject to location and availability. Whether you are seeking emotional support, clarity, or tools to better understand yourself, therapy is paced gently and collaboratively.

Areas of Support

I work with a wide range of emotional, developmental, and life-stage concerns, including:

Postnatal and new parents adjusting to early parenthood

Young adults navigating identity, independence, relationships, and life transitions

Adults exploring ADHD or autism, including late diagnosis, self-understanding, and neurodivergent identity

Emotional regulation difficulties, overwhelm, anxiety, stress, and burnout

Life transitions, including retirement, ageing, and changing roles

Older adults, with flexible options including in-home therapy where appropriate

Therapy Approaches

I offer both Talk Therapy (psychotherapy/counselling) and Creative Art Therapy, allowing clients to choose how they engage. Some people prefer talking, while others find creative expression helpful when words feel difficult.

Creative Art Therapy may include drawing, painting, or other creative processes and is not about artistic skill—it is about expression, reflection, and meaning. Talk Therapy focuses on emotional insight, coping strategies, and understanding patterns that affect wellbeing.

Sessions are trauma-aware, neuro-affirming, and adapted for each individual. You are always in control of the pace and content of your therapy.

Originally from the UK, I bring a multicultural perspective to my work and warmly welcome clients from diverse cultural, ethnic, and international backgrounds. I understand that life’s challenges can feel more complex for non-nationals or those navigating multiple cultures, and I offer a respectful, inclusive space where all identities are valued and supported.

A Safe Space for Healing & Growth

My approach is grounded in respect, empathy, and collaboration. I aim to create a therapeutic space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to explore your experiences safely.
