Rachel is a qualified and accredited integrative and humanistic psychotherapist (MIAHIP) with a Masters in Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School.
BA (International) Politics and Italian (UCD)
Higher Diploma Counselling and Psychotherapy (DBS)
Yoga Teacher Training – 200 hours (Yogahub Dublin)
Rachel believes the relationship between the client and therapist is of the utmost importance and building the relationship is her first priority. Rachel draws on different techniques and theories including psychodynamic, attachment theory, humanistic, Gestalt and body psychotherapy.
Approach
Rachel’s approach is person-centered led by the client and their circumstances. Understanding that therapy is often difficult and uncomfortable, Rachel aims to provide a supportive space where her client can explore and express themselves openly with the aim of facilitating change and growth for the client.
