Lena Latussek
Psychotherapist
Background & Training:
Lena is a qualified psychotherapist with a BA (Hons) in Holistic Counselling & Psychotherapy and is currently working towards IACP accreditation. Lena offers a safe and welcoming space where clients are met as they are. She works with adults experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, and life transitions, as well as with those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves.
Therapeutic Approach:
With her holistic training, Lena draws on different therapeutic approaches to meet each client’s individual needs. She has a particular interest in Jungian psychology and has studied with the Jung Centre Dublin. This has deepened her curiosity about the unconscious, and the ways in which dreams, symbolism, and recurring patterns can offer insight into a person’s inner world and support personal growth.
In addition to her psychotherapy qualification, Lena holds degrees in the arts and humanities and is a qualified trauma-informed yoga teacher. These backgrounds shape her creative approach and her attention to the relationship between mind and body. Her professional background in further and higher education has contributed to her appreciation of different perspectives and the many ways people make sense of the world. In sessions, clients are welcome to explore through words, images and symbols, or through somatic approaches, depending on what feels right for them.
Lena offers psychotherapy in English and German.
