Janet Homan is an IAHIP-accredited psychotherapist working in private practice. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and has additional training in suicide prevention (safeTALK, LivingWorks), neurodiversity in the therapy room, and life coaching.

Before training as a psychotherapist, Janet worked as an HR and Office Management professional, with extensive experience mentoring graduates and early-career professionals. This background gives her a strong understanding of workplace stress, burnout, career change, early-career mental health challenges, and organisational dynamics, which she integrates thoughtfully into her therapeutic work. Janet works from a humanistic, integrative, and person-centred psychotherapy approach, offering a warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental space.
