Evanthia is a senior trainee in psychotherapy, provides a safe, confidential, and supportive space for individuals to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences.  Evanthia has a BSc in Psychology from University of Thessaloniki and an MSc advanced training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy from University College Dublin, with experience in both clinical and research settings. Her approach is rooted in psychoanalytic principles, helping clients gain insight into the unconscious processes that shape their behavior, relationships, and emotional well-being.

Evanthia offers therapy in both English and Greek; allowing clients to express themselves in the language that feels most natural to them.

Her clinical experience includes providing one-on-one psychotherapy, working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Evanthia has also worked in psychiatric and mental health settings, gaining hands-on experience with diverse psychological concerns. Beyond her clinical work, she has been involved in psychological research, such as contributing to cancer prevention research. Additionally, she has volunteered to provide counseling and support for individuals in need, reinforcing her commitment to accessible mental health care.
