Background and Experience:

My approach is person-centered, with the relationship between therapist and client at the centre of the work. I draw from many different theoretical frameworks including Humanistic, Psychodynamic, CBT, Psychosynthesis, Internal Family Systems and Gestalt, to tailor the work to be most beneficial to each individual client.

I hold an MA in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy, and am a member of the IACP.

Approach and areas of interest:

I value psycho-education, helping clients to understand their thoughts and feelings, and uncover the experiences and beliefs that have shaped their perspective on life and their patterns of behaviour. This understanding gives them more autonomy to navigate challenges and uncover strengths and possibilities for change.

I have a special interest in working with both ADHD and gender identity, and experience of working with:

Relationship issues

Identity issues

Sexuality

Family dynamics

Anxiety

Depression

Complex trauma

Adhd

Neurodiversity
