Clinical Approach
Therapy can help clients to understand themselves, and Christina’s approach to therapy gives a person-centered, non-judgemental space to her clients, encouraging them to be who they are. Being supported as you tackle difficult thoughts, feelings, and past experiences, can be very powerful, and person-centred therapy makes space for clients to explore this. Christina has extensive experience in psychotherapy with clients from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
Everyone is going through something, and sometimes we can’t find the time or space in our lives to face what we find most difficult. Starting therapy is a reminder to ourselves each week, that we deserve to spend time getting to know ourselves better, to face our difficult thoughts and feelings, and give us the opportunity to learn and grow from them.
Christina is available for sessions both online and in person. Some people like face-to-face sessions, while others prefer doing therapy online from a more familiar space of their own. Christina always encourages her clients to follow their personal preference when they get in touch. She is open to what makes her clients feel more comfortable and ready to share what’s on their mind.
