Background & Education.

Aifric Houlihan – MIAHIP is a fully qualified and accredited therapist holding a Masters in Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. Aifric is a fully accredited member of IAHIP and also holds a Higher Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from both Dublin Business School and University College Dublin.

Clinical Experience. Aifric’s approach is focused on creating a safe, welcoming environment where clients can explore their feelings and experience without judgement. Aifric firmly believes that the client has the ability to reach their full potential and to resolve their own issues with the support of the therapeutic relationship. She understands how the challenges and pressures of life can be overwhelming and works to help the client process their world and facilitate positive change and growth. In helping clients to better understand themselves and grow in confidence, Aifric believes that that they can overcome what might be holding them back in life. As an integrative therapist, Aifric works with each client in an individual manner to suit their specific needs.
