Background & Experience:

Ahmed Lagha is a counsellor and psychotherapist with a strong academic and clinical background in psychology and culturally responsive mental health care.  He holds a BA in Microbiology from Trinity College Dublin, an MSc in Psychology from Brunel University London, and has completed an MA in Counselling and Psychotherapy in Ireland.  He works from a pluralistic, person-centered approach, recognizing that therapy is most effective when it is shaped around the individual rather than a single model.

Ahmed has experience supporting adults from diverse cultural, religious, and social backgrounds, including individuals affected by migration, trauma, identity questions, and life transitions. His work is grounded in evidence-based practice and emphasizes collaboration, ethical care, and sensitivity to each client’s values and worldview.
