Brief Mental Health Checkup

One service we provide as an option alongside the advice service is a brief mental health checkup.  This is not a psychiatric or psychological assessment but a client led, self reflective process.

This idea provides a space for the client to reflect on key areas specific to them such as

  • Concentration
  • Emotions
  • Mood
  • Energy
  • Sleep
  • Work/Life balance
  • Relationships
  • Tension/Anxiety

By reflecting on some of these topics with the respectful guidance of the therapist the client can arrive at an assessment on how they are doing and whether they may need assistance on any specific area(s).

This “check up”would normally take place over the course of one or two sessions.
