We offer a low cost counselling service based out of our Harold’s Cross and Rathmines locations.  It is provided subject to therapist availability and free slots are currently available .  

The process requires an initial assessment after which a therapist will be allocated.  The rate will be agreed at the initial assessment and is flexible and based on the clients situation. 

Please note some low cost sessions are provided by our therapists completing their postgraduate training.

Do note for medical card holders over 18 years old the HSE Counselling In Primary Care initiative (CIPC) is available offering around 8-10 free sessions.  Waiting lists can be in play and a referral to this service normally would come from your GP.
