Clinical Approach
Ines’ clinical approach is primarily grounded on Person-Centered Therapy, Choice Theory, Mindfulness, and Family Systems. Ines allows clients to explore their issues and decide for themselves how to move forward. She works collaboratively with the client to investigate the therapeutic approach that will be most effective for them, acutely aware that counseling is not a “one size fits all” process. Her priority is to support clients in a deeply empathetic and nonjudgmental way.
