Aidyl Sanchez holds a Bachelors in Psychology and at present is completing her Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is a member of The National Association for Professional Counselling & Psychotherapy (NAPCP) and abides by their code of ethics. Aidyl attends clinical supervision regularly and continues to enhance her knowledge and skills through CPD in the following areas:

- Understanding Trauma: Coping with negative life events
Therapeutic Approach
Aidyl works using a psychodynamic approach of psychotherapy, combined with humanistic and existential concepts facilitating clients to gain a deeper understanding of their past and present. Through this process client’s gain the freedom of choosing their future by tapping into their unused resources and hidden potential. Valuable insights and healing that will encourage positive change in one’s life.
