There is an increased use of mobile apps and tools to help people with their health, both mental and general. Popular products like Headspace and wearables like Fitbit all tap into this area.
While not for everyone and certainly not a substitute for a mental health professional below are some resources that may be of use to clients looking at areas like sleep and tracking moods & emotions that are possibly causing them distress.
